Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orders must be placed at least 72 hours (3 days) before delivery. Each platter is freshly prepared with high-quality ingredients and is best enjoyed on the day of delivery. No refunds or exchanges are available for change of mind, incorrect orders, or late consumption. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before delivery may be rescheduled or credited; cancellations within 72 hours are final.
For issues such as missing items, incorrect platters, or quality concerns, you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos. We take timestamped photos of all platters prior to delivery for verification. Confirmed faults may be remedied with a credit note, separate from change-of-mind cancellations.
